Return Policy:
Because we sell everything at really
deep discounts and work on very low profit margins All
sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has
been placed. We do not manufacture any of the Items we
sell. Nor can we guarantee that more will be in stock. We
are simply a retailer. It is up to the bidder to
determine the suitability of any product to meet their
needs and to independently verify any critical
information in the items description. If you have
questions, please e-mail us before bidding. If you
received a Defective product, Please Understand that we
did not manufacture it, BUT We will gladly Exchange it
for you only if we have it in stock.
- Item must be returned within: 14

Fleamarket's 14-day warranty unless advertised
differently. If the item you have ordered is
defective, contact us within the warranty period
and we will replace the defective item for you
with an item of equal functionality. In the event
that a suitable replacement is not available, a
refund (including shipping) will be issued in the
form of the original payment method or a company
check.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On
Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported
within 5 days from delivered date.
- You may return and exchange your
defective item within 14 days after you receive your item.
- An RMA Number is required when you
return an item. To receive RMA number** please
EMAIL thecyberfleamarket@yahoo.com .
- Merchandise should be carefully
packed to prevent any losses or damages in
transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the
original packaging with the original packing slip
and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All
RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from
their original date of issue. Returned packages
not displaying an RMA number or displaying an
invalid or expired RMA number will not be
accepted.
- Returned items must not have any
signs of abuse or intentional damage. We
carefully inspect returned items upon receipt
before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Buyer must pay Return shipping
charges UNDER ALL Circumstances, Even If the item
is defective. Seller will promptly ship the new
one at NO Charge.
- We do not provide any refunds at
all. In Extremely rare cases, If we do decide to
provide a refund, there will be 25% Restocking
fee. Please do not bid or buy if you do not Agree.
We will rather not make a sale, than have
dissatisfied customers. All items are considered
NEW unless otherwise noted. Shipping &
Handling Charges are not refundable.
